Setup needed

Open app.js and fill in SUPABASE_URL and SUPABASE_ANON_KEY at the top of the file. The exact steps are in DEPLOY.md.

How this works

  1. Capture every idea the moment it strikes. If it is not captured, it never happened.
  2. Decide: each idea is validated against a concrete expected outcome, or killed with a reason. No limbo.
  3. Pull: validated ideas publish to the Approved queue. Pull the next one when you are ready.

No assignments, no due dates, no waiting on the founder. The queue is a shelf, not a task list.

Decide: what needs a verdict

Newest undecided first, highest decision priority on top. Approve what earned it, kill the rest. Killed ideas leave the frontlog for good.

Approved: the team queue

Approved work, each item carrying the exact outcome expected. Done with your current work? Own the next one. It leaves this queue, lands in the Backlog marked as owned, and your team runs it in your own workflow from there. Nothing here is assigned and nothing is due dated; the outcome is the whole brief.

Backlog

Every verdict lives here: validated, killed, and owned, each with its reason. Copy a validated idea out and it lives in your CRM now, not here.

Trash

Deleted ideas rest here with everything intact, outcomes included. Restore one to put it back where it was, delete it forever, or empty the whole trash.
